Validate Identification Card System
Below is an example of the ‘Validate’ Identification card. This is the card that the States of Jersey Police Licensing Unit are currently promoting. Details are at the Validate UK Web site: www.validate.co.uk
Validate cards are issued with different colours for different age groups. This gives under 18s the chance to get a card to permit access to age related films or hire videos etc.
There are other age acceptable cards around however the important thing is that they have the 'PASS' hologram, although not all door staff currently accept all cards, we are trying to educate them.
