Childline is a free to call national helpline for children and young people in trouble of danger. It is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
You can phone about many things, no problem is too big or too small. You can phone if you are feeling lonely or unloved, worried about your future, school problems, bullying, drugs, pregnancy, HIV and Aids, physical or sexual abuse, running away or concerns about parents, brothers, sisters or friends.

The National drugs helpline provides free and confidential information and advice about drugs. It is open 24 hours a day. Calls are not free from mobile phones.

The NSPCC Child Protection helpline is a free 24 hour service which provides counselling, information and advice to anyone concerned about a child at risk of abuse. The helpline is staffed by experienced counsellors who will speak to you in confidence. If appropriate, we can make direct contact with social services or the police.
